• price is based on 2 persons.

• each additional person is € 15.00 extra per night.

• including interim cleaning for stays from 2 weeks

• including water (1 m3 per day)

• excl. € 150 final cleaning

• excl. deposit € 400, -

• excl. electricity (€ 0.40 kWh) will be deducted from the deposit

• excl. 7% compulsory tourist tax

• intermediate cleaning on request € 60, -

• airport service on request

• car hire on request

• minimum rental period Christmas / New Year is 2 weeks
